At The Playroom Cafe, we believe it is important and vital for kids to stay active and gym play is a crucial part of learning. We offer 1-hour Kid Fit Classes throughout the week for kids ages 3-8. Our classes are designed to educate kids about their bodies as well as get them moving!

Join us for our Summer Kid Fit Program designed for the busy summer months! Bridge the gap between Spring and Fall Sports! This program runs from June 1st through August 7th. The 8-class program offers flexible scheduling of a fun, instructor-led class in an air-conditioned space! Kids ages 3-8 are welcome to participate. Enjoy 8 one-hour classes for just $139!

Kinder Kid Fit for 3-5 year olds
Our Kid Fit classes for ages 3–5 are designed to get little bodies moving, learning, and having fun in a safe and energetic environment! Through playful activities like obstacle courses, games, music, and basic movement exercises, children build coordination, balance, strength, and confidence.
Each class focuses on developing fundamental motor skills while encouraging teamwork, listening, and social interaction. We keep things exciting and age-appropriate, helping kids burn energy, improve focus, and develop a love for staying active.
Perfect for preschoolers of all ability levels, Kid Fit is where fitness meets fun—helping your child grow stronger, happier, and more confident with every class!
Kid Fit for 6-8 year olds
Our Kid Fit classes for ages 6–8 are designed to keep kids active, engaged, and building healthy habits in a fun and supportive environment. Each session combines high-energy games, strength and agility exercises, and exciting challenges that help improve coordination, endurance, and overall fitness.
Kids will develop important athletic skills like balance, speed, and teamwork while boosting confidence and learning the value of staying active. Our program keeps things fresh and motivating, ensuring every child feels successful, included, and encouraged to do their best.
