Play Policy

Every child playing in our play space MUST have a signed waiver.​

Any child or adult in our play space must wear grip socks. Some are available for purchase on site during open play hours.

For the health and safety of our staff and customers, we ask that you do not bring children who are experiencing illness symptoms. Please keep sick children out of the play space. The Playroom Cafe reserves the right to ask parents/guardians with children displaying such symptoms to leave the play space.

No food or beverages in the play space. Keep all food and beverages in the cafe side.

Only children 12 years and under are allowed to play in the play space. We welcome children of all ages to visit our cafe. If a child is older than 12, they are welcome to enjoy the games, puzzles and books available on the cafe side.

No rough housing or unsafe play allowed. The Playroom Cafe reserves the right to ask parents/guardians with children not following this rule to leave the play space.

Facility Safety

The Playroom Cafe facility is access controlled and does require credentials to access outside of open play hours.

There is video surveillance of the main play space and main cafe space.
